- Soon to be “The Hot Rod Mint” -

These are 2 "Uncertain-T" products that I've wanted to produce for a very long time...

A classy lapel pin, and elegant commemorative coins. See photos below.

After many, many months of research, design, re-design, corrections, and so much more, they are ready to be mailed now.

1 - "Uncertain-T" lapel pins. They are 1-1/4" wide, with 2 clasps on the back instead of just one, and come in a classy velvet box. I have 50 of them now, ready to mail.

Commemorative Coins, Coin #1 - The first in a series of commemorative coins that will tell the story of "The Uncertain-T". They are 50 mm in diameter and 3 mm thick, sequentially numbered, and come in a classy velvet box. There are 2 versions. I like both versions so much, that I couldn't select which one I liked better, so I'm offering them both.

2 - The Uncertain-T Commemorative Coin #1 “Memento" version. A "memento" is an object that you keep to remember a person, place, thing or event. In this case, a blast from the past... something or someone that has not been seen for a long time which evokes nostalgic feelings.

I was going to produce only this first version. However, because of a typo on the back, and blemishes from dies that need more polishing, I had to decide whether to have them made over or not. Even though I really like the depth of the sculpture of "The Uncertain-T" on the front of the coin, I instead decided to produce a “Proof” version because I very much wanted my coins to look like real numismatic money coins. These are zinc alloy with simulated gold plating, are sequentially numbered from #001 to #050, and weigh 1.1 oz. They have a typo on the back and slight blemishes. When I reorder them, #051 and up, I will have the dies polished to eliminate the blemishes, and the typo will be fixed, so these first 50 will be very rare, like “mis-strike” coins. I have 50 of these “Memento” version coins ready to mail now, #001 thru #050.

3 - The Uncertain-T Coin #1 “Proof” version. A "proof" is a specially produced coin made from a highly polished blank disk and die, and often struck more than once to accent the design. Proof coins receive the highest quality strike possible and can be distinguished by their mirror-like background and frosted foreground. Proof coins that look like real numismatic money coins require a much more expensive production process using brass and real gold plating. The results are exquisite! They are sequentially numbered from #001 to #050, and weigh a hefty 1.75 oz. I have 50 of them ready to mail now, #001 to #050.

Every coin comes with a classy little plastic display stand.

Mailing cost and the box is $7 for whatever you order, including USPS Tracking, to the USA only. I accept PayPal, personal checks, and US Postal Service and Walmart money orders, NOT cash.

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has changed regulations and significantly raised prices for mailing packages out of the USA, therefore I will not automatically accept international orders. If you live outside of the USA, contact me and I will check into how much it will cost to ship an order to you in your country.

The photos below are with my excellent little Nikon pocket camera. Unfortunately it doesn't have manual focus control, so they’re not what they should be. I'm still moving and my pro camera and equipment are in boxes somewhere. I won't be able to shoot better photos until I'm moved in at the new place and can set up my desktop photo studio. I will update this store when I can.
