Jamie Tidwell, MHA, C-TAGME, is a GME manager with over 20 years of extensive experience in ACGME accreditation, program development and graduate medical education (GME) operations. Her experience spans national hospital networks, academic institutions, and research hospitals, where she has led new program development, accreditation processes and institutional oversight initiatives. Her commitment to excellence and passion for continuous improvement have been a driving force throughout her career, providing her with the unique ability to provide oversight and support to residency and fellowship programs and sponsoring institutions in navigating the complexities of graduate medical education while ensuring accreditation success and program excellence. She is certified by the National Board for Certification — Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (C-TAGME) and has maintained recertification since 2016.
She is passionate about fostering high-quality training environments through mentorship and collaboration with program administrators and leadership to enhance program outcomes and compliance. She has led accreditation efforts for a large number of programs and institutions nationwide by bringing a strategic approach to accreditation readiness, program improvement and institutional GME governance. She is committed to shaping the future of medical education by driving innovation, efficiency and excellence in residency and fellowship training.
